Unity in Vision (UinV), is proud to announce the private sector sponsorship of their monthly, ‘Unity International Café Lunches’ in Boscombe.
Mr. Paul Nash, Managing Director at Things to do in Ltd (TTDI) handed UinV’s Chair, Rita El-Gazali, the initial instalment of the Boscombe lunches sponsorship for 2018. It’s the charity’s first official link with a private sector sponsor and the exciting new collaboration will work together to celebrate the fantastic diversity of Bournemouth in both community and local business terms.
Based at the Friends Meeting House in Boscombe, the Unity International Café Lunches take place monthly, on the 2nd Wednesday. They are targeted at young and old alike, with the aim to share together each other’s cultural interests and enthusiasm over a culturally themed lunch, sparking the conversation of the wonders of Dorset’s community diversity.
Unity in Vision, together with the expertise of Things to do In Ltd, are looking to local businesses to join them in exploring unique, new approaches that entrepreneurs & small firms can work together to empower their local community.
Rita El-Gazali, Chair of Unity in Vision, commented “We are delighted to receive the TTDI sponsorship, with £210 as the starting point. We want also to aid the integration of all our many ethnic businesses in Bournemouth and other areas of our operation, within the community and celebrate our wonderful diversity together meaningfully”.
Unity International Lunches hosts a monthly ‘international lunch’ featuring foods from different countries with an aim of integrating ethnic groups in Boscombe.
